Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers. However, refunds are only issued under special circumstances and at our discretion.
This ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of our products and services, while also addressing customer concerns in a balanced manner.
When making a reservation on this site you will be asked for a 25% deposit, this deposit is totally fully refundable should you cancel your reservation before 60 days of check in date. All cancellations after that date will forfeit the deposit in full.
Full payment for the reservation is required 30 days from check in, If the payment is not received by that date, that will automatically cancel the reservation and loss of deposit. If the reservation is paid in full, but is cancelled within 30 days of check in , no refunds will be given.
Special Circumstances for Refunds
We understand that there are situations where a refund might be necessary. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

•Death of a close relative or member of your party
•Illness that will not allow you to fly or travel
•Los of job or income
NOTE : Proof of the reasons for cancellation will be required either from GP or Employer
Process for Requesting a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:
•Contact our customer service team within 30 days of check in
•Provide your booking reference and dates together with details, and the reason for the refund request
•Submit any required documentation or evidence to support your claim
Our team will review your request and make a determination based on the information provided. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
